I couldn&#39;t change it since I dared to install it. Yes I had some troubles trying to get Slackware working. It&#39;s great to be able to install new software and all it&#39;s prerequisites fast without compiling from source each time. I&#39;ve been running Slackware as my primary OS for almost 5 years now, and ran it as part of a dual-boot for 3-4 years prior to that. I remember thinking that &#39;slack&#39; = easy, but it&#39;s the furthest thing from.
