Linux works well on laptops, netbooks, desktops and servers. It is a free and open source Operating System. Anyone can download Linux and use it at no cost. It comes with thousands of applications. You can install Linux on as many computers as you like and there are no licensing fees. Edit, copy and distribute. Open Source is a great concept that is changing the computer industry.
